I provide Level 1 IT support at Advanced Technologies, resolving hardware, software, connectivity, account-access, and permissions issues.
I support Microsoft 365, manage user accounts, maintain support tickets and IT documentation, and escalate complex issues when needed. I also coordinate with external IT providers and explain solutions clearly to non-technical users.
I’m building my technical foundation through the Google IT Support Professional Certificate and Cisco Networking Basics. My training includes technical support, computer networking, operating systems, system administration, IT infrastructure, and IT security.
My earlier field, maintenance, and production roles strengthened my teamwork, safety awareness, communication, reliability, and ability to work effectively under pressure. I enjoy solving practical technical problems while continuing to learn new technologies.
