My journey began at Medical Brokerage of Arizona, where I managed over 80 calls daily, assisting members with their needs and resolving complaints effectively. This role not only allowed me to develop a deep understanding of customer needs but also taught me the importance of maintaining a positive environment.

In addition to my role at Medical Brokerage, I served as a receptionist at Willie Itule Produce Inc., where I greeted customers and managed incoming calls.
