At the University of South Florida, I serve as the main connection between IT departments and technology vendors, coordinating business needs, onboarding, and process support.

I manage technology agreements, renewals, amendments, service-level agreements, and vendor documentation while partnering with Legal, Purchasing, Procurement, and university departments. I maintain reporting in Jira, Jaggaer, and SharePoint so stakeholders can track priorities, risks, savings, and follow-up actions.

I audit software access and licenses across Microsoft, Adobe, Lucid, Gartner GTP, and GitHub, investigate discrepancies, and keep user and department records accurate. I've achieved a 97% resolution rate without escalation for software, licensing, installation, and access requests, responding to most requests within one to four hours.

Previously at Greenway Health, I audited software orders and license transfers, resolved record discrepancies, supported customers, trained teammates, and coordinated daily service operations. My background also includes managing records, progress tracking, and communication as a second-grade teacher.
