At Medical University of South Carolina, I designed and delivered training, mentoring, and ongoing support for more than 300 individuals. I translated complex procedures into clear training materials and process guidance, and helped modernize recruitment, procurement, and research workflows.
At MUSC, I led improvements that contributed to a 45% increase in operational efficiency and a 20% improvement in on-time project delivery. I also coordinated 85+ programs and events annually and used workflow data to guide improvements.
Across my education roles, I’ve designed professional development, coached educators, and created learning resources for varied learner needs. I currently design learning content and support resources at CSUSA, using performance data and digital and AI-assisted tools to refine them.
