As a licensed real estate agent, I've helped buyers and sellers navigate residential transactions, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with lenders, title companies, and fellow agents. I use CRM platforms to manage leads, client databases, and administrative work.

Earlier, I managed salon operations including appointments, checkout, retail sales, payroll reporting, and inventory. Across customer-facing operations, I bring organized communication and a focus on positive client experiences.
