I’m looking to lead real estate operations and people support—onboarding teams, improving processes, and ensuring accurate compliance and client communication in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

I’m a “Real Estate, Administra ve Opera ons, and HR Support professional” with 15+ years of experience supporting teams and clients across real estate and small business environments. I build confidence for new hires by leading onboarding, reinforcing standard prac ces, and answering operational questions with clear next steps.

In my current roles as an Agent Supervisor/Office Manager and Property Manager, I manage day-to-day office operations, client communications, documentation tracking, and issue resolu on. I coordinate real estate operations—organizing listings, transaction details, appointment logistics, and the documentation needed for timely service delivery.

I strengthen performance through people support: coaching on lead follow-up, property inquiries, leasing prac ces, and CRM use, while maintaining a consistent team culture. I also serve as a first point of support for escalations—assessing issues, clarifying next steps, and helping staff navigate client-facing situations.

I’ve also generated growth as a Real Estate Agent and supported business development work through B2B outreach for branding/UI/UX needs. Across every stage of the client relationship, I balance sales activity, property management, customer experience, marketing coordination, and compliance support to keep workstreams accurate and moving.
