What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and improve people operations systems, documentation, payroll, and workforce reporting in a fast-moving organization where I can coordinate across HR, leadership, and operational teams.

At FEMA, I lead workforce operations for an 800+ person, multi-component organization, owning the SOPs, process guides, training materials, and reporting that support staffing and onboarding.

I use AI tools to turn documentation build cycles from weeks into days while validating every output against real operational workflows. I also administer FMLA and leave cases, process employment changes, and build Excel and SharePoint dashboards for leadership.

Across FEMA, the Baltimore Ravens, and Clark Construction, I’ve managed payroll, compensation records, contractor pay negotiations, onboarding, and cross-team coordination. I’m the connector between HR, timekeeping, managers, and leadership when complex workforce processes need clear execution.
