I'm seeking opportunities in business operations, workforce management, HR operations, timekeeping and payroll, operations analytics, or business analysis where I can improve processes, support distributed teams, and strengthen workforce operations.

I've supported workforce and business operations across multi-site, distributed contact center environments for more than eight years.
