At Microsoft, I've led onboarding, deployment readiness, training, workflow setup, customer testing, adoption planning, and utilization follow-up. I build practical project plans, risk trackers, escalation paths, and status updates while coordinating with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Cloud Solution Architects to remove blockers.

I've supported EHR transitions for three organizations and use KPI and product data to identify low utilization and re-engage clinicians. I also trained and mentored five employees, four of whom earned promotions.

My background also includes quality documentation leadership, where I maintained over 99% documentation accuracy, plus operations support for a small service business using QuickBooks, Jobber, and AI tools.
