At Videate I owned renewals and upsells for 40–50 enterprise customer education teams, raised average deal size from $26K to $30K, secured multi-year deals, and built the end-to-end Customer Success organization as the founding CS hire—recruiting and training initial team members and creating certification programs.

Earlier roles focused on scaled onboarding, training, and implementation—designing free-trial funnels, managing high-value custom implementations, delivering live and recorded training, and coaching partner networks to increase adoption and customer health across SMB and enterprise clients.
