What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an entry-level QA Engineer role to apply automation and analytical testing skills in real-world environments, focusing on structured testing, reliable end-to-end validation, and clear defect documentation.

I’m a QA Engineer with hands-on experience in manual and automated testing across web, API, and mobile applications. I use structured QA methodologies like Equivalence Partitioning (EP) and Boundary Value Analysis (BVA) to validate software functionality, and I’m comfortable executing end-to-end test cycles with clear defect reporting.

In my projects, I built a scalable end-to-end UI automation suite with Selenium WebDriver and Pytest using the Page Object Model (POM), including explicit waits for dynamic elements. I also executed 60+ REST API test cases using Postman and Swagger, validating HTTP status codes, response structure, and business logic, while documenting detailed Jira bug reports with reproducible steps.

Before QA-focused work, I supported real users in a service environment as a Service Desk Analyst and IT Asset Analyst, troubleshooting issues and managing tickets in ServiceNow. That background strengthened my communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail—qualities I bring to test planning, regression testing, and root-cause thinking as I build toward a QA career.
