I am a product lead with a strong background in QA and software engineering. I have a proven track record of developing end-to-end products, from ideation to launch and Agile iteration. I excel at communicating complex ideas to both technical and non-technical peers, and I approach all issues and concerns with high empathy and genuine intelligence. As a self-starter, I take the initiative to ensure an agile experience and pay close attention to details. I have extensive experience in performing manual and automated testing across multiple platforms, identifying bugs, and creating test cases. I am skilled in building and coaching team members and have excellent communication skills. I am proficient in SQL and Python, and I have experience with API testing through Postman. I am a self-starter with Agile experience through Jira, and I have successfully mastered the functional testing process of four teams. I have also demonstrated leadership skills as a management team leader and have experience in end-to-end regression testing.

In my most recent role as a product lead at NorthWestern Mutual via GalaxE Solutions, I navigated priorities while collaborating with engineering, QA, and design teams. I facilitated daily stand-ups and participated in sprint planning and refinement meetings. I created test plans, conducted various types of testing, and ensured the quality of communications going out to clients. I have practical knowledge of Jira, SharePoint, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Microsoft CRM, and CMS applications. I also performed lead generation automation and mentored QA analysts.

Prior to that, I gained experience as an IT technical support specialist intern at Strattec, where I re-imaged desktop laptops, installed applications, and provided technical support. I also interned as an IT computer support specialist at NewLine Education, where I maintained inventory and troubleshooted network issues. Additionally, I worked as a summer youth computer technology educational assistant at Greater New Birth Church, where I assisted in teaching Google apps to high school interns and facilitated project-based activities.
