At Chervi Empowerment Society, I lead the planning and execution of people-focused programs across education, healthcare, livelihoods, and women empowerment. I manage partnerships with corporates, government bodies, and grassroots organizations, and maintain MIS and impact reports to communicate results.
At BOSCO–UNHCR, I managed sensitive case files for vulnerable clients, conducted sessions on community awareness and psychosocial wellbeing, and coordinated with field teams and partner organizations. My MSW training and HR Management assessment certification support my work in employee relations, case management, engagement, and capacity-building.
