What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead online community and member-engagement strategy for an association or nonprofit, using Higher Logic Thrive, data, content, volunteer programs, and cross-functional collaboration to grow participation and member value.

I manage ACMP Connect, a Higher Logic-powered professional community serving more than 4,000 active users. I lead engagement, moderation, tagging, content strategy, recognition programs, member communications, and community operations.

I grew ACMP's Facilitator volunteer program from 60 to 111 volunteers and drove a record 740-plus discussion posts in one month. I use participation reporting to identify trends and improve community performance.

I also spearheaded the launch of a members-only community mobile app, from beta testing and rollout communications to training and stakeholder enablement. My work brings together membership, communications, education, IT, chapters, volunteers, leadership, and technology vendors.

Previously, I led digital communications and engagement for AAOMC and managed social media, newsletters, website content, webinars, podcasts, and conference communications. I was recognized with the 2023 Higher Logic Super Forum Award for community excellence.
