At Otus, I own the community function for a K-12 B2B SaaS platform, building customer programs and experiences that deepen engagement and create peer-to-peer connection. I drive national events from strategy through execution, including regional workshops, administrator roundtables, and Otus’ first national Community Summit.
I built and scaled the Otus Certified Educator program, with six learning pathways and national and district-specific cohorts. I also lead customer advocacy and recognition, including the Otus Excellence Awards, which generate 200+ nominations annually.
As User Community Coordinator at Otus, I coordinated Otus Live weekly virtual programming and customer learning experiences. Earlier, as a Client Experience Partner, I led onboarding, training, and professional development for educators and administrators.
Before moving into B2B SaaS and EdTech, I spent 12 years as an educator. At Council Rock School District, I planned and executed eight annual events with 500+ attendees, and I continue to draw on that experience to facilitate meaningful conversations and create welcoming spaces for people to participate.
