I'm trained in medical billing and coding and am pursuing an opportunity to use these skills to support an organization's continued success.

I completed Medical Billing and Coding Specialist training at Southern Careers Institute, building knowledge of ICD-10 coding, Medicare and Medicaid, co-pays, deductibles, HIPAA, OSHA, scheduling, and Microsoft Office.

My customer-facing experience includes cashier work at The Salvation Army Thrift Store and merchandise support at Melrose. I've greeted customers, maintained organized sales floors and stock areas, assisted customers, and worked closely with coworkers.

I bring customer service, business communication, telephone etiquette, and typing skills to a healthcare administration role.
