At ZOD SECURITY, I lead complex technical sales cycles from client engagement through solution delivery and post-sales support. I develop strategic sales plans that expand key accounts and drive revenue growth.

I translate technical and business requirements into tailored solutions, revised specifications, datasheets, and Bills of Quantities. I also coordinate projects with administration and after-sales teams to support timely delivery.

Previously at FIBERTECH in Kinshasa, I managed schedules, site activities, teams, procurement, and project records. I oversaw maintenance of a 100 km fiber optic ring and prepared Bills of Quantities and Bills of Materials.

My telecom background includes fiber-optic quality testing, optical-network design analysis, project acceptance, and installation of CCTV, fire alarm, and IP telephony systems. I bring experience across security systems, telecommunications, client engagement, and project delivery.
