My experience spans various roles, including Global A2P Account Manager at QGlobal SMS, where I successfully established and maintained strong business relationships with wholesale telecom carriers across multiple regions, including MENA and Europe.

Previously, I worked as an A2P Account Manager at Tecomsa Telecommunications, where I was responsible for sales and procurement of SMS routes, business development, and attending global telecom events. My technical background as a NOC Voice Engineer has equipped me with the ability to monitor and troubleshoot complex data and voice networks, ensuring stable and reliable services. I am passionate about leveraging my technical expertise and business acumen to drive growth and success in the telecommunications industry.
