I’m a bilingual English–Spanish language professional who delivers precise, context-aware translation of legal and official documents. At Kostiv and Associates, I translated birth certificates, passports, and sworn statements (ENG ⇄ ESP), ensuring linguistic accuracy, correct grammar, and appropriate use of legal terminology while managing multiple projects under strict deadlines.

As an English Teacher with Language Academy, I use the Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) approach to help students build conversational fluency and real-life communication skills. I design dynamic lesson plans for diverse proficiency levels (in-person and online), assess progress through formal and informal evaluations, and maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports confidence.

Before focusing on language work, I strengthened my customer-facing and operations skills through customer service and sales roles, including personalized consultations, lead follow-ups, and booking procedures to increase satisfaction and revenue. I also supported a bariatric surgery clinic as an Administrative Assistant (hybrid), managing patient databases, coordinating schedules and documentation, and administering Facebook Meta advertising campaigns—experience that keeps me client-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across digital tools and compliance requirements.
