I’m a results-driven Digital Media Strategist with 5+ years of experience turning digital assets into significant revenue centers for Indonesia’s largest media companies. I specialize in building and operating large-scale Multi-Channel Network (MCN) ecosystems, progressing from unit-level strategy to group-level partnership leadership reporting directly to C-Suite-level.
In my current role as Head of Digital Enterprise, Partnership & MCN, I lead the centralization and expansion of MNC Group’s MCN ecosystem and digital partnerships across the entire group. I own team leadership and portfolio-wide revenue growth, overseeing the strategic direction of an MCN portfolio spanning 300+ YouTube channels while optimizing performance and monetization at scale.
I translate complex performance data into C-Suite-level insights that directly influence high-impact corporate decisions on digital roadmap and resource allocation. Previously at Trans TV, I managed end-to-end YouTube strategy for one of Indonesia’s largest broadcast digital properties, designed and executed content and growth plans, and delivered 50+ 360° digital campaigns—while maintaining single-point accountability for reporting, technical troubleshooting, platform compliance, and ongoing content optimization.
