I’m Aliffia, a Computer Science graduate with hands-on experience across payments, product operations, and operational problem-handling in high-volume transaction environments. I’ve worked from structured internship tasks to ongoing production operations, with a consistent focus on accuracy, service notes, and operational continuity.

At Bank Raya Indonesia (placement via PT. PKSS), I currently work as a Product Operations Engineer (2022–Present), handling Education Monitoring product, system, order, payment, and transactions. I monitor service performance and growth, manage payment transaction workflows (including disbursment), and support operations through clear documentation and follow-through.

I strengthen reliability by creating service notes related to refunds for failed transactions and submitting refund claims when a transaction is forfeited. I also handle complaints using Jira Service Management, collaborate with stakeholders (Partner, Dev, Core Ops, Business) when issues impact Pinang and Raya transactions, and support deeper checks with PostGreSQL alongside reporting in Google Spreadsheet.

Previously, I was a Payment Analyst at PT. Shopee International Indonesia (2020–2022), where I checked payments based on proof from checkout and verified transfers manually. Earlier, I completed an internship at the Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning of BPN as Sub-Registration Staff for Land Rights (2018), building my discipline in data handling, process support, and compliance-oriented work.
