I am a disciplined theatre technician and front-office professional with strong customer-service focus and administrative experience. I bring practical theatre support skills combined with front-desk operations developed across multiple healthcare facilities.

I have worked as a theatre technician and anaesthetist assistant, preparing operating rooms, assisting surgeons and anaesthetists, maintaining sterile instruments, managing supplies, and ensuring equipment readiness. I supported endoscopic procedures and handled specimen management and patient positioning.

In front-office and administrative roles I managed appointment scheduling, patient records, billing, reception duties, communications, petty cash and store operations. I streamlined appointment scheduling, supported new service rollouts, coordinated meetings, and improved filing and claims processes.
