What I'm looking for

I seek a client-focused role in behavioral or community mental health where I can provide crisis intervention, care coordination, and growth-focused support within a collaborative team.

I am a dedicated mental health professional currently supporting children and youth through tailored mentoring plans and crisis intervention, with hands-on experience in patient services and care coordination. My background blends direct client support, bilingual communication, and administrative process improvements across healthcare and nonprofit settings.

At Larisa Mashensky MD I managed patient services, developed electronic filing systems, upheld HIPAA compliance, and trained new staff to improve workflows and patient satisfaction.
