For Transrai, I deployed a multi-agent system that processes booking emails, schedules confirmed trips in Google Calendar, and logs post-trip reports with automated WhatsApp follow-up.
At Casa Renaser, I built a web application for class sign-up, payments, and bookings, with real-time tracking of reservations and cancellations. For Limited Chile, I delivered automations in a one-day hackathon that the client’s team now runs independently.
At Enex, I raised the DIFOT rate from 55% to 100% for Minera Escondida by implementing an Expediting and Case Management methodology. I also built Power BI dashboards for the B2B and Mining channels, and developed a CAPEX tracking dashboard to monitor contracted purchase volumes and trigger renewal alerts.
