At Genera Industrial, I develop AI solutions across the company. I built more than 60 AI and automation projects in two months, with solutions that increased sales, improved customer service, and reduced man-hours.
I founded and developed Sudamérica AI, a multi-tenant SaaS platform of WhatsApp AI agents integrated with ERP and CRM. It launched across 102 industries with more than 230 active accounts; I built its proprietary multi-agent system and backend, and developed its web dashboard.
Before that, at CMPC — Maule Mill, I developed maintenance tools for field documentation and SAP data integration, and digitized records for lighting maintenance. My background in industrial maintenance, alongside my Diploma in Artificial Intelligence, helps me connect AI systems with the business processes they support.
