Led AI adoption end to end at an 80-person biotech exporter, reporting to the CEO, with AI-built tools in production across Finance, Operations and People. Saved ~USD 10,500/year in licences and cut sales-commission calculation from a full week to under an hour.

Surfaced a reserved-stock visibility gap that had been overstating available inventory roughly threefold, and rebuilt the production planning system from the ground up. Built the operating model for a new genomics business line from scratch.

Managed the global Product Development and Lab Work Request process, idea to market, across 4 R&D hubs and multiple plant sites. Built the first performance visibility the process had ever had, designing metrics and Power BI reporting for senior R&D leadership.

Raised service level from 85% to 95%, cutting backorders, and cut stockout risk by 10% by reorganising stock movement between EMEA warehouses against SLA. Saved more than 20 hours per month by automating capacity and stock evaluation in VBA against SAP.

Assessed RFID feasibility for a 42-store retailer carrying ~90,000 SKUs. Concluded the company was not ready despite a board-sponsored business case, and delivered the alternative: digitalization strategy and RFID-ready WMS/ERP requirements.

Engaged externally, after leaving the full-time role, to assess process maturity following the WMS go-live I had led — evaluating operator adherence against the designed standard and the system's reporting capability.

Raised inventory accuracy from 73% to 94%, cut picking time 25% across ~12,000 SKUs, leading the WMS/RF-scanner rollout. Led the migration from three disconnected, paper-based warehouses into one new distribution centre.

Built a replenishment decision tool across 12,000+ SKUs, replacing manual SKU-by-SKU review of printed consumption reports with an exception list and suggested order quantities. Still in use after I left.
