What I'm looking for

I’m interested in delivering personalized, high-quality service in a premium client environment.

At Teleperformance, I evaluate and improve AI-generated conversational content for the Google Project. I review responses for accuracy, relevance, and compliance with quality guidelines.

I also analyze user intent and interaction quality in a structured, KPI-driven environment.

Before this, I worked as a Sales & Customer Support Associate with SnipesSE, KremerServiceGmbH, and AralAG. I advised customers, handled transactions and inquiries, and supported returns and service issues.

In warehouse logistics roles at 1aTopstore and SCHELLGmbH&Co.KG, I handled goods receipt, storage, picking, dispatch, and inventory control. I’m interested in delivering personalized, high-quality service in a premium client environment.
