I’m a Customer Support Specialist with experience supporting Google products through Telus Digital, delivering bilingual service (EN/PT) via chat, email, and phone. I handle 50+ customer interactions daily while maintaining a 98% CSAT score, and I’m known for resolving issues through strong technical troubleshooting and clear communication.
I also bring quality and operational rigor from Quality Control Specialist work at CEVA Logistics, where I ensured shipment accuracy and compliance, identified and corrected operational errors, and supported efficiency improvements. I enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and reduce repeat issues.
