My experience spans across various sectors, particularly in large-scale digital transformation projects within the public sector in Greece. I have successfully led teams in developing and implementing critical systems such as the Interoperability Program and Cyber Security Operations Centre, ensuring that organizations meet their strategic goals while maintaining high standards of security and efficiency.

Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in Hybrid/Agile Project Management, overseeing complex projects across Europe, including the new Transit system for the EU Customs Program. My academic credentials, including an MSc in ICT Law and IT Management, complement my practical experience, allowing me to navigate the intricacies of project management effectively.
