What I'm looking for

I seek a technical leadership role where I can manage end-to-end delivery, mentor engineers, drive product strategy, and build scalable B2B solutions in an agile, collaborative environment.

I am a project manager and solutions developer with hands-on experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver scalable B2B software and document management solutions. I have led technical planning, backlog prioritization, sprint execution and stakeholder workshops to deliver systems supporting tens of thousands of users and multiple client-specific integrations.

I combine team leadership, full-stack development experience and a focus on iterative UX improvements to drive operational efficiency and successful product delivery. I mentor developers, conduct code reviews, design middleware integrations, and use Agile metrics to track progress and mitigate risks.
