What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote role where my strong organization and quality-focused customer service can make an immediate impact, leveraging my experience with digital tools, accurate record-keeping, and high-volume support to deliver consistently excellent results.

Customer service professional with 4+ years of experience across food service, automotive, and field operations. I've always been drawn to the systems that shape the world we live in and the lives we lead — from the philosophy behind how societies organize themselves, to the engineering that builds our infrastructure and drives our lives, to the food and historical and geographical systems that define how it brings us together. At the core of all of it, I care deeply about people — about empathy, about helping others, and about reducing suffering wherever I can. That curiosity and compassion drive how I work: I pay attention to how things fit together, pick up new tools and environments quickly, and care deeply about doing things right. Fluent in four languages (English, French, Romanian, and Dutch) and a 100 WPM typist, I'm relocating to New York City and eager to bring my energy and attention to detail to a remote role where I can make an immediate impact.
