I am a QA professional with over a decade of experience testing games, web, desktop, and mobile software across Agile and Waterfall environments. I collaborate closely with developers, product managers, designers, and content creators to deliver high-quality releases.

My background includes end-to-end test case design, execution during UAT, regression and smoke testing, bug reporting, and reusable test design to speed future cycles. I have hands-on experience with cross-browser and multi-device compatibility testing, localization, in-app purchase and CRM checks, and basic performance tooling.

Throughout my career I have supported clients, trained users on CMS platforms, and managed multiple projects to strict deadlines while mentoring and leading QA activities. Notable achievements include promotion to Senior QA Tester, regular Top-10 placements and a 2018 QA Challenge win at Gameloft, and delivering client CMS training.
