In my current role as a regional HR SPOC for 15+ retail stores, I manage employee lifecycle operations, stakeholder engagement, workforce planning, and PAN India talent acquisition. I also designed and documented recruitment and onboarding workflows to improve efficiency, aligning HR processes with business needs while supporting manpower planning and hiring strategies.

Previously, I progressed from HR Intern to HR Executive, owning end-to-end recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee documentation, and HR operations. I identify process improvement opportunities, streamline hiring and onboarding workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver an efficient candidate and employee experience—always learning at the intersection of people, business, and technology.
