In IT, I’ve worked as a Service desk analyst with French for HSBC (Alten Polska), a Senior support engineer with French for Hydro/CNHI (Stefanini Poland), and an IT analyst with French for BioMerieux (HCL Poland). I handled first IT trouble shooting support (phone and e-mail, and call) and supported teams with reliable, structured helpdesk execution.
I also support operations and customer workflows: I worked as an operation specialist at Teleperformance Spain in Barcelona, managed booking administration at TWG (Holidu project), and handled customer support for the PlayStation project at Foundever (Cyprus). I’m used to answering incoming calls, addressing game/network issues, and administering customer tickets at request-processing level.
