I’m looking for a role where I can support patients with clear communication and meticulous attention to detail—verifying information, coordinating referrals and schedules, and solving issues quickly in a team-focused, service-driven environment.

I’m a Patient Care Coordinator with a strong focus on delivering exceptional patient experiences through high attention to detail. I verify patients’ health insurance eligibility, enter patient information accurately, and answer questions to help people feel supported and confident in their care.

In my current role, I streamline communication between patients and healthcare providers to ensure timely responses to inquiries and concerns. I coordinate scheduling to maximize provider availability, assist with resolving billing-related issues, and manage incoming/outgoing referrals while also connecting patients with community resources and support services.

Previously, as a Walmart Team Lead, I trained new team members on company procedures and safety requirements and evaluated skills to provide ongoing training and mentoring.
