What I'm looking for

I seek roles in elementary or special education where I can support student learning, apply behavior interventions, collaborate with teachers/BCBAs, and grow toward a teaching career in a supportive school culture.

I am a current Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education student with hands-on classroom experience as a paraprofessional, substitute teacher, and RBT working with children with autism. I prioritize creating nurturing, structured learning environments and follow established lesson and treatment plans to support student growth.

My experience includes implementing lesson plans, facilitating classroom management, and delivering one-on-one instruction to teach communication, social, and life skills while tracking progress through data. I have supported teachers and BCBAs, reduced challenging behaviors using evidence-based strategies, and maintained safety and ethical standards.

I bring strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a commitment to student engagement and success, plus prior healthcare and management experience that enhance my organizational and collaborative abilities in school settings.
