Kynlee Culpepper

I work as a paraprofessional in a structured learning classroom, supporting students with diverse learning and behavioral needs. I implement IEP goals through one-on-one and small-group support, helping students stay engaged in daily lessons.

In my long-term substitute role in a behavior unit, I supported students with behavioral and emotional needs in a structured environment. I helped implement behavior plans, assisted with classroom activities, and worked closely with staff to maintain a calm and supportive learning space.

I also have long-term nanny experience, providing attentive infant care and supporting a young child’s daily routine. I prepare meals and lunches, help children get dressed, and safely transport the older child to and from school.
