Joseph Ramos
@josephramos
I support students with autism while building inclusive classroom environments and managing behavior, engagement, and accommodations.
What I'm looking for
I'm currently supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder at Leahy Elementary School through classroom instruction, small-group learning, behavior management, and accommodations.
Previously, I worked at The May Institute supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities across communication, behavior, and daily living goals. I collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and staff to help create positive learning environments.
Alongside my education work, I've led inventory operations at Nova Farms, improving inventory accuracy and order fulfillment while training and scheduling a team. I'm completing UMass Lowell's Paraprofessional Pathway Program and working toward a Bachelor's Degree in Education.
