What I'm looking for

With nearly a decade of experience adding value to advertising, employer brand and marketing agencies, I've honed my skills as a distinguished project manager. I now want to move in-house, where I will develop my leadership skills in a senior operations-focussed role. As I divide my time between Brazil and the UK, I am particularly drawn to organisations that champion the digital nomad ethos.

I am a highly tenacious, technical problem-solver who enjoys taking the lead on multiple clients and projects in a high-pressure environment. I pride myself on my best-in-class technical project management expertise, quiet confidence, interpersonal skills and experience in cross-collaboration from cross-functional teams up to c-level leadership.

I'm currently employed at Maverick, a London-based independent advertising and design agency. During my tenure, I collaborated with stakeholders across different divisions within DPDHL Group, spearheading projects such as a successful ESG campaign for DHL eCommerce, implemented in the UK, EMEA, and the US.

In addition to this, I lead the creation and execution of global internal comms programmes, engaging all 18,000 of Coats’ employees. This meant that I support the Senior Account Director in securing over £2m of revenue through presenting pitches and assembling and driving a senior stakeholder pitch team.

In addition to my client management and project leadership experience, I have a solid foundation in technical project management methodologies and standards including Agile, having passed my AgilePM Practitioner qualification with QA in 2022.

I have also been a lynchpin in the Maverick project management team, helping onboard junior team members, acting as a point of counsel and sharing knowledge to help them with their own professional growth and deliver their own projects successfully.
