At Celebrate Company, I manage the IT environment remotely from Colombia, including device management with Jamf and Intune and identity management through Google Workspace.
I contribute to infrastructure and automation projects, including deploying Authentik as a self-hosted identity provider. I also help build an automated helpdesk that provisions application access through API integrations and Authentik group memberships, using SAML and SCIM.
At COVEA, I managed and maintained the endpoint management system CA ITCM. I handled change management, package distribution and reporting, and provided Level 2 support to user assistance teams.
At Groupe La Poste, I configured, installed and troubleshot computer hardware and software, and deployed workstations with SCCM. I also participated in the E-Education project, running training meetings for high school teams on IT equipment and an MDM.
