Message

I've built B2B fintech and SaaS products from pre-revenue MVPs to €70M-scale operations. At PAIR Finance, I own the legal-collection roadmap and work with legal operations and engineering to automate complex court-filing workflows.

I increased after-court legal automation from 20% to 95%, doubled enforcement-measure volume, and halved a backlog constrained by manual processing. I've also expanded international legal collection across Austria, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, and Sweden, including taking Austria from zero to 95% automation.

Previously, I became Head of Product at Perdoo, where I led roadmap, vision, and product processes for a B2B SaaS OKR platform serving 500+ customers. I introduced RICE prioritization, built SQL-based KPI dashboards, led customer discovery and experimentation, and expanded the product into performance management and workplace integrations.

Earlier, I was the first Product Manager at PAIR Finance and employee #2 at BillFront, where I helped ship an MVP that supported a €35M Series A. I also evaluated business models and helped launch fintech and adtech ventures at HitFox Group and FinLeap.
