I seek a senior risk leadership role focused on regulatory strategy, ERM improvements and data-driven reporting automation within a collaborative culture offering governance impact and cross-functional leadership opportunities.

I am a risk leader with experience leading enterprise risk management and risk teams in global banking.

As Head of Risk and Regulatory Strategy at BNP Paribas, I managed the Risk department's responses to external regulators, led the Risk Appetite Statement and RCSA processes, and presented risk inventory and remediation plans to the board.

Previously, as a Risk and Reporting Analyst, I produced cross‑risk reporting across asset classes for senior management and regulators, and led automation and optimisation of reporting through Python, R and VBA.

I also managed master data projects, built and maintained databases, supported procurement and technical stakeholders, and drove transversal ERM improvements to remediate weaknesses and strengthen governance.
