At Citi, I lead the Research Risk & Control Programme across 35 legal entities in 27 countries, supporting approximately 1,000 employees. I oversee governance for approximately 250 controls and monitoring routines, and lead a global team of six.

I designed AI-assisted controls using Citi proprietary LLM tools and Microsoft Copilot, automating comparisons, testing and management reporting to save approximately 60 hours per month. I also redesigned the Research control framework after its separation from Markets and led the three-month review that retained the embedded Research Risk & Control team.
