What I'm looking for

Open-minded to industry and organisation, looking for opportunities to use my skills and experience from over twenty years in internal risk and control, and internal audit roles in Financial Services.

I've led risk governance, operational risk, and internal audit functions across HSBC Global Markets, and Global Private Banking and Asset Management. Most recently, I served as Global Risk Lead for HSBC's IBOR Transition Programme, following leadership roles as Global Head of Risk Governance and Global Head of Operational Risk for Global Markets.

I establish governance forums, strengthen control environments, and turn complex regulatory requirements into practical, forward-looking solutions. My work has included addressing Fed Consent Order actions, embedding a Lessons Learned framework, supporting the Global Markets Conduct Programme, and providing independent challenge to senior global leadership.
