What I'm looking for
I am a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Human Resource Business Partner with extensive experience across fintech, consulting, banking, oil & gas, FMCG, construction, and hospitality sectors. I deliver end-to-end recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR strategy for regional business units.
At Moniepoint MFB I develop regional HR structures, policies and compliance efforts, resolve complex employee relations issues, and align HR initiatives with strategic business needs. I partner with legal and business leaders to reduce risk and support organizational change.
