What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-facing role where I can resolve complex issues, communicate clearly with clients, and apply my experience in remote service, documentation, and financial or solar operations.

I currently support LanguageLine Solutions customers as a remote Translator & Interpreter, handling calls and emails related to documents, communications, and financials. I troubleshoot translation discrepancies, amend prior documents, and provide webcam service upon request.

Previously, I supported homeowners across Sunnova and Sungage Financial Service, researching solar-system and loan issues, following up on incomplete documentation, and explaining timelines, payments, insurance, and solar protocols. I also reviewed documents including pay stubs, credit scores, and home deeds before solar-loan approval.

My background also includes member service at Hawaii Federal Credit Union, administrative support for an independent investor, delivery support at UPS, and resident services. I bring experience handling sensitive information, resolving customer concerns, and working with Salesforce, Gmail, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
