What I'm looking for

I want to build a long-term career in Customer Support, Chat Support or Email Support in a remote or international environment, using my communication skills, languages and interest in technology to create value and grow professionally.

At Vodafone Albania, I communicated directly with customers, identified their needs, shared information about products and services, and assisted with Top Up, Easy Pay and other services. I also handled customer requests and worked with company systems and procedures.

I'm looking to build a long-term career in Customer Support, Chat Support or Email Support in a remote or international environment. I bring Albanian, English and French language skills, and I'm studying Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning.
