What I'm looking for

I'm open to legitimate remote opportunities in IT support, customer support, back-office operations, data entry, AI training, website and app testing, video game testing, content moderation, translation, subtitling, transcription, voice recording, narration, localization, and other English-speaking online roles.

At Prestige Call, I supported international customers in English and resolved their issues by phone, email, and chat. I also handled customer complaints while maintaining service standards.

I assisted with onboarding and supporting new team members, and worked daily with CRM systems, reporting tools, and digital platforms.
