Aleksandr Solomko

I’m a Senior IT Project Manager with 14 years in information technology and 10 years specializing in project management in the fintech and banking sectors. I’ve successfully delivered 40+ projects end-to-end, including large-scale integrations for large banks, while leading cross-functional teams that I build and scale from scratch.

In my current role, I manage 20+ custom software development projects for banks, defining scopes, work plans, budgets, and delivery monitoring across concurrent streams. I also led the design and delivery of the Integration Factory—replacing a bank’s legacy enterprise service bus and enabling communication between 10,000+ banking services at up to 150,000 RPS—using Kubernetes (Deckhouse), Gravitee API Gateway, Redis, Kafka, and Elasticsearch with Scrum.

Previously at Cinimex, I led a mission-critical financial application deployed across 5 top-10 Russian banks, processing 90,000 transactions per day. I managed project lifecycles end-to-end for teams of 10–20 engineers, scaled the regional office from 3 to 100 employees, established Development/QA/1C/Technical Support departments, and conducted 300+ hiring interviews—mentoring engineers into technical lead and department head roles.
