I am a detail-focused professional with experience in customer service, patient coordination, and instruction across retail, healthcare administration, and security settings.

I led teams, performed Medicare adjustments, edited PT accounts, completed audits and reports on time, and was the first on my team to work remotely; I am highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.

In my current role as a martial arts instructor, I teach children fundamentals, discipline, self-defense and life skills while also handling front-desk duties, parent communication and student assessment.
